Also offers client-friendly online booking with a polished, minimalist interface. You can set provider preferences, manage cancellations, and enable booking rules. It’s smart automations automatically hide last minute openings and approve appointments based on client history.  

Clients can book through the Vagaro app, which includes marketplace visibility and reviews. They also offer a fully branded app with your custom business name and logo for an additional $200/month—a pro touch for businesses focused on brand polish.  

No client marketplace or standalone app. Instead, Mangomint focuses on a seamless booking flow through your website. The experience is clean and luxe, but without a searchable marketplace, you’re missing out on passive client discovery. 

Includes integrated payment processing with competitive rates (starting around 2.2%). Mobile checkout, Apple Pay, tap-to-pay, card on file, tip prompts, and cancellation fees are built in. Vagaro also offers instant payout and hardware to support payments in your salon. 

Mangomint offers contactless payments as well with automatic checkout in an intuitive experience for both staff and clients. However, payment processing is only available through Mangomint Payments with rates starting at 2.45%. They do not currently offer an instant payout option. 

The drag-and-drop calendar makes scheduling appointments easy. Set hours, breaks, and custom service hours for each provider. Color-coding and day/week views keep it visual and stress-free. Staff access levels, commissions, and performance reporting are included. Schedule personal time to block time off or set up clean-up time to keep the calendar organized.
